Terms and Conditions
1. TERMS
The following are the terms and conditions which govern any contract of sales and purchases through Buypromoproducts Limited. Please read these term and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our site. Buy placing an order you understand and agree that you are bound by these terms and conditions and that these are the only conditions that apply to the contract notwithtanding any purported items put forward by you. Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Existing Accounts - Payment to be made in full within 28 days of invoice unless special payment terms have been applied for in writing.
New Accounts - All new accounts will be issued with a pro-forma invoice to be paid at the time the order is placed unless specific special payment terms have been agreed. Payment can be made by BACS, Debit Card or Credit Card, if Credit Card is the preferred choice of payment this will incur a 2.5% surcharge as levied by our service provider.
3. PRICES
Where applicable all prices are subject to the current rate of VAT. Prices quoted on this website are guide prices only subject to viewing final artwork. Once artwork and full specification have been finalised, a quotation price will be confirmed. The seller reserves the right, by giving notice to the Buyer, at any time before delivery, to incrrase the price of the Goods which is outside of the control of the seller, including (but not limited to) changes in duties, fluctuation in exchange rates, increases in the costs of manufacturing, labour, materials, any delay caused by the Buyer to give the Seller adequate and or accurate information or instructions,.
4 DELIVERY
4.1 Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day specified is a best estimate ONLY and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. All deliveries will be charged at the prevailing rates applying at the date of such delivery.
4.2 Special deliveries can usually be arranged but will be subject to additional charges - even where an express / special delivery request has been submitted and / or paid for. No liability is accept for any loss arising from delay and / or error in the delivery of the the goods as we have no control over third parties.
5. QUANTITY VARIATION
We shall be deemed to have fulfilled our contract by delivery of a quantity within 10% plus or minus the quantity of printed goods ordered and you will be charged at the contract rate for the quantity delivered.
6 ARTWORK AND PRINTING
6.1 Where applicable prices include a one colour one position print, for additional print positions and colours please contact us for an exact quotation.
6.2 Artwork that has been approved in writing, either electronically via email or signed and posted, is deemed the full and final responsbility of the client and we cannot be held responsbile for any errors in artwork therein. Artwork approval will always be sent and must be checked and signed off before the job will commence. If there are any discrepancies you must notify us as we do not accept any liability of any post-completion errors or ommissions.
7 CANCELLATION CHARGES
Once you have placed your order and received your final artwork for approval, if you decide to cancel your order there will be a minimum charge of £25.00 to cover admin fees and preparation costs, in addition you are liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work that may have been completed up to that time. These charges may include set up charges, artwork fees, carriage costs and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.,
