Returns and Refunds
When you receive your order, please ensure that you thoroughly check it and if there are any problems please notify us as soon as possible. You can telephone us on 0333 1234 414 or alternatively pop us an email at [email protected]
We pride ourselves on supplying outstanding branded merchandise to our clients and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order..
In order for us to rectify any problem, we will request that you send photographs in the first instance and we may arrange to collect your consignment so that it can undergo quality control investigations. Please do not distribute any part of your order if you find an issue with it.
Once we have received your order back and it has been quality-checked, if a problem is identified we will arrange either a re-print of the faulty portion of the order or offer a refund equivalent to the value of the faulty part of the order.
Goods Damaged In Transit or Faulty Goods – For any orders that have been damaged in transit please ensure you notify us within 48 hours of delivery. For any faulty goods please notify us within 7 working days of receiving your consignment.
Printed stock is non-returnable – due to the personalisation on bespoke printed stock these cannot be resold unless there is a print error that is our fault.
Returns – To return an item please email [email protected] in order to obtain the correct return address.
Refunds – Our finance department will process your refund within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If when we receive the goods they are damaged or not in a saleable condition in their original packaging for plain stock items, these will be returned and no refund will be made.
